“In December of 2008 we contracted Lozeau Construction to undertake a renovation and addition project on our home. This company was brought to us by a neighbor’s recommendation and also from contractors that they had personally worked prior to starting their own company. Each of those individuals gave Lozeau Construction the highest of ratings.


In the course of this project, there were changes made by us, unexpected repairs to be made with an old home, exchanges of creative ideas, and the inclusion of very skilled electrical, plumbing, and custom cabinet contractors that only added to the pleasure in undertaking such a project. I think that it is safe to say that this is not always the case with such endeavors. Additionally, Lozeau Construction, in our estimation, was very fair in their estimation of costs and fully disclosed anticipated expenditures and the options available. However, the intangible in all of this is not in what you physically see—it is the character, craftsmanship, and integrity that Lozeau Construction is. What we discovered in a group of individuals, their incredible gifts as craftsmen, and their integrity as gentleman is something that, in our eyes, is an intangible that we will always cherish. Mark’s unbelievable skills with all our cabinets and shelves is apparent, and the comfort of Adam and Chip bringing our home up to date and more. Although it sounds so simple, Nancy and I are forever in your debt for having brought a dream to reality and to call you friends. We thank you with all our heart.”
